The CHAIR
The four legs of the CHAIR represent our customers, vendors, employees and owners. For a decision to be good, it must benefit all four. That is the best way for everyone to succeed and the CHAIR to be balanced and useful.
We serve our customers by producing and selling quality products at a fair price. We help our customers by providing great service and product expertise. Orders are processed quickly and accurately and we strive to make working with SA-SO easy and pleasant.
We partner with our vendors to positively represent their products so that they have the chance to make a fair profit and thrive. We enjoy working with our vendors and work to help them work with us.
We value our employees as individuals with great potential and abilities. We foster productive teamwork because together we can achieve more. Teamwork promotes secure, happy people and a positive environment. Management must be ethical, fair and open. We remember that each person has family and community responsibilities so pay is fair. Employees have room to innovate, improve and share in the fruits of their labor.
We are responsible to our owners. We work to be consistently profitable and productive. Our facilities and equipment are maintained in good and safe condition so that they benefit all. Cash reserves are grown to weather hard times.
